Everton has agreed a deal worth £27.5m to sign Moise Kean from Juventus. The deal is expected to include a buy-back clause for Juventus, which could potentially rise the fee to £36.6m according to Sky in Italy.
It is reported that the 19-year-old would earn £2.75m per year across a five-year contract with medical to hold on Wednesday.
Kean scored six goals in 13 appearance in the serie A last season while playing 3 matches and scoring two for Italy. He looks to set to leave the club he joined at the age of 10 for a new challenge and to get more games under his belt.
Should this deal go through, it will be a major boost for Everton as according to reports, boss Marco Silva is looking to add five new players before the transfer window closes next month.
Everton have been able to cash in on some player this summer having sold Idrissa Gueye to Paris St-Germain for about £30m and also Ademola Lukman to RB Leipzig for around £16m.
The signing of Kean will most likely end Everton interest in Wilfred Zaha who they wanted to sign but couldn’t reach an agreement with Crystal Palace.
The Toffees have made three signings in the summer so far with Andre Gomes completing a permanent move from Barcelona for around £22m, Jonas Lossl from Huddersfield and Fabian Delph from Manchester City.
